Sugar Gliders for Sale

Sugar gliders come with a fleece cage pouch, plastic travel container, and lifetime breeder support. We care not only about the animals, but about our customers.  We know that finding reliable sugar glider information is difficult, so we are always just an email or text away if you have questions/concerns throughout the life of your glider.

Our Sugar Gliders for Sale are listed below!

Transport

Nationwide ground transport with a USDA licensed transporter can also be arranged for approximately $225*.  Private transport can also be arranged–price will vary based on mileage. Travel cage is included in price. A pair or trio of gliders can fit in one travel cage. Transport is at customer’s own risk.  Colorado Sugar Gliders is not responsible for animals once they leave our care.

*Transport cost and availability is dependent on transporters and could change without notice.  Please contact us if you need pet transport.

Adoption Process

An adoption application is required to adopt one of our babies. If you see a baby you are interested in adopting, contact us for an application.  Once your application is approved, we will require a non-refundable* 30% deposit to hold a specific joey for you.  This deposit will be applied to the total purchase price of your glider.

Loyalty discounts will be applied for repeat customers. $50 off for your third glider and $100 off for your fourth and subsequent gliders.

*The only exception is if a health issue arises with the glider before or during pickup.

Our Sugar Gliders for Sale are listed below.

Breeding

Breeding rights are sold at the discretion of Colorado Sugar Gliders. If interested in breeding sugar gliders, you must purchase breeding rights.  Please contact us and we can give you breeding price (usually $100-$200 more per glider, depending on genetics).  Since all of our gliders are lineaged, we can help you find a suitable pair or trio to breed, as well as find a male or female to breed with a lineaged sugar glider you already have.  Only lineaged sugar gliders should be bred.  We will not sell breeding gliders to anyone wishing to breed them with an unlineaged glider.

Important Information

Pricing listed below is pet pricing (unless otherwise stated).  Male sugar gliders, purchased as pets, will be neutered prior to pick-up.  Females are unable to be spayed due to their complicated reproductive systems, so we will require you to sign a no-breeding clause for any female purchased as a pet.

Sugar gliders are nocturnal and extremely social.  In the wild, they live in colonies.  Because a person can never take the place of another sugar glider, we strongly believe that you should always have two or more sugar gliders.  We sell our sugar gliders in pairs, and will only sell single gliders if you already have a glider at home or are in process of adopting one elsewhere.

‘Ready’ dates are approximate ranges and not guaranteed.  Joeys must be eating and drinking well on their own and be deemed healthy and ready to go by us before we will send them to their new homes. Joeys are usually ready to go to their new homes at 9-10 weeks OOP.

Joeys will be listed at the top.

Juvenile and Adult Gliders will be listed at the bottom.

Adult Gliders

Tarzan and Uma–$100/pair–AVAILABLE

Retired Breeding Pair, Male Neutered

Tarzan and Uma are both creminos. Gliders will be 7 this year.

Tarzan has a shortened tail due to injury.

Tarzan and Uma were great parents and are friendly gliders. Uma will crab if annoyed.  They both love yogurt drops.

Retired breeding pairs often will not integrate into larger colonies.  If wanting to attempt this, I recommend having plenty of time and patience, and having a back up plan for having multiple colonies if introductions do not work.
